Great session, Thanks for making it available on UA-cam. One question here, looks like Tabular model is extension of multidimensional model, so what is the counter part of semantic model. For example, in SSRS 2008, there was a concept of semantic model which could connect to cubes as well as directly to database. It was a user friendly model, which gave business users capability to create their own reports. Suppose we want to migrate those SSRS reports to Power BI, for example there are two categories of reports, Semantic model based SSRS reports which use cubes and which do not use cubes. The ones which use cubes can be migrated using this video , by creating a user friendly model, is there any way we can migrate the semantic reports which don't use cubes, there is a way that we generate physical SQL query for them but that approach is not good for business users so I am looking for an approach which will create a semantic kind of model. Please let me know if my question is not clear. Thanks in advance for your suggestion,
